Food was cold and gravy was no good

I was in the drive thru line, while we were deciding what we were going to eat an employee came and turned off the menu screen in front of my face. I asked him why. He said "the manager said that it is closed". I told him to ask the manager if we can order food. The employee came back and said "the manager said NO". We were very very disappointed. It happened at. 11:39 p.m

Went in to order. Waited 5 minutes and people looked up and saw me but none acknowledged I was there. I ended up using drive thru

Servixe was horrible!!! Servers and manager on duty were no where near friendly at all!!
