Steak 'n Shake

Good food and the best shakes. This visit though, the service was slow and inattentive. The dining room was a wreck and the servers were hanging out at the counter

Service was very slow and good was not that great. Milkshake was delicious though.

Slowest drive thru I've ever visited!! Employee was very rude and short. Fries tasted old and stale. Very poor visit. Doubt I go back to the Barboursville Wv location ever!

I ordered my milkshake first as my drink to come out with my meal and I didn't get it until I was done eating and asked twice about it. Ridiculous.

Bad visit

There was a water outage. They closed the dining room because the restrooms didn't have water. Drive thru was still open. One may ask yourself...where were the employees using the restroom? What were the employees washing their hands with? Either close or open...no in between
