Steak 'n Shake

The waiter was a little distracted, forgot a few things on our order and things like that but he did make everything right and checked in on us often so I didn't mind.

It's good

Soup was good

Water was lukewarm and burgers overlooked

It was kida busy but it took a while to get refills on our drinks. Our waitress was supposed to be bringing them but I had to find another waitress to get them because she never came back with them

The waitress was patient and understanding

I love this place

Service was slow, though they weren't busy, and there were many dirty tables. We had to relocate to a table in the back and underneath that table was a pool of soda that had spread across the floor to cover both ends of the table. Our server moved slowly, didn't smile much and wasn't seen very often. Twice in a row we've had a crappy experience here. I really hope that the place doesn't continue its downward trend.

Everything was just average.
