Steak 'n Shake

The food was good but the blt we ordered only had one piece of bacon that was broken into four pieces. It almost touched half of the sandwich (pitiful). We requested some more bacon be brought out and they offered to make us another which was way better. We saw the table next to us had the same exact problem and they brought out another to their table also.

I thought it was weird that the cashier told me that the steak royale combo did not. one with a drink. I feel like I've always gotten it with a drink in the past.

not bad but order was incorrect

The shakes are good but expensive.

Fries were overcooked to inedible, and I waited over 20 mins in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me.

We were seated fairly quickly but not given menus or anything and then sat and waited several minutes without anybody approaching us. I saw several unoccupied servers wandering around doing nothing so I finally asked one if we could get somebody to come bring us menus and take our drink order. After a few mins I asked somebody else the same thing. A few more mins passed and a girl came over and told us we were in her section but she hadn't come by because we didn't have menus (?). Service was very slow, our order came out wrong resulting in me paying more, and the bad start left a bad taste in my mouth.

Food was wrong and not very good

Burgers were lukewarm and didn't have bacon. They forgot our salads and we had slow service

Service wasn't as good as usual and our meals weren't right and our shakes were re-made twice. The entire time, the staff coming away from the shake area kept shooting us dirty looks.
