Hardee's

Food was ok. Apple pies were over done.

Hardee's is a good change of pace.

The hash browns were mushy. Everything else was good.

I enjoy the food and now live closer to one so I get it more often.

Slow service, fairly friendly service

As I approached the drive through menu board the was one car in front of me. When that car pulled forward I did as well. I sat there for a minute and then said hello. It was another 30 seconds before the associate responded to me to take my order. The associates voice was at a level of I don't want to be here. I also had a coupon and the associate seemed bothered by the fact I had a coupon. My order then took between 4 - 5 minutes to receive. Associate did not have the best customer service skills.

Food was awful

Understand why the parking lot with EB we waited and waited and waited no one was at the register they finally came very rude and unprofessional dining room was very dirty Store 1206

Sat at the drive thru box for 8 minutes then someone finally said welcome to Hardee's....that was all so I said I will take a sausage biscuit and no response. after 10 minutes of repeatedly asking was anyone there I drove off#

One of our complete meals was almost $14 , we waited 10 minutes and fries were cold! Added something to order and cashier was visibly agitated. Ok, empty store and someone just wants to add pie. Hmm.. Hardee's is obviously not interested in sales. One person could have gotten a small steak meal at outback for same price and had better food/service. Been long time Hardee's customer but this did it for us. Listen to your customers to understand why u lack business.
