Good food

Oktoberfest burger was delicious

Very slow

Waiter had dirty fongernails

Waited twenty minutes for milkshakes.

I ordered at the drive thru then they messed up my order so had to go in to get it fixed. The price was very expensive for what I got.

Horrible blah

Very long wait in the drive thru It was pitiful

I was very unhappy with my experience at this Steak N Shake. I was in the drive thru line and waited a very long time to get up to the order speaker. When I finally did, the drive thru attendant told me to wait a minute and look over the menu and she would come back. I waited over ten minutes, repeatedly asked if someone was coming back, and got no response. I eventually had to drive away because customers in line behind me were blowing their horns at me. I still very much enjoy Steak N Shake as a company and understand fluke bad experiences happen, but may seriously reconsider visiting this location in the future after this experience.
