10 minute wait in drive thru. we left

Absolutely terrible. The food was disgusting and the service was extremely slow. They just let us sit there for 10 minutes and forgot to even give us our food. And by that point it was cold and gross. This was my first time going to any Steak 'n Shake and I will never go back.
