My server was great. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves to be congratulated. She was very friendly and helpful, especially when I told her this was my first visIt to RR. When my food was delivered to the table the server who brought it just put it down and left. My burger was made improperly. By the time my server checked on me I had scraped off all the ingredients I had asked to be omitted. She offered to have the burger remade, but I was able to doctor the burger enough to be close to what I ordered. She grabbed a new top bun for me and the burger was perfect! The burger was really good and suffice it to say it took 2 helpings of fries to decide if I liked them!

the service was slow and my husbands milkshake was melted when he got it. usually a better experience
