Steak 'n Shake

the fries were old and hard. our food sat in the pickup window for at least 5 minutes before it was actually given to us and we were half way thru our burgers before our shakes came. after we had finished with our burgers, which were really good, the server then asked us of we would like different fries.

The service was slow, water cups dirty - not the usual

This was the absolute worst experience at a Steak And Shake. This location is always bad (once a server sat in the booth with me and tried to have a conversation with me as I ate) but yesterday was horrible. The MOD was content with making an excuse for ever complaint (why my food was late, while one order never was served and why my food was cold) instead of LISTENING to what I had to say. He simply didn't want to acknowledge his way of managing was wrong. I won't be back.

. When arriving at steak n shake it was busy, which wasn't the problem got our seat. took the waitress 10 minutes to come over, and a additional 50 minutes after our food came. We never got a refill or even our waitress to come back, a differnt server brought our food

We waited ten minutes before we even seen are waiter, people who got sat after us got there food before we even it are drinks! I will never go back there again the girl who sat us was rude. The manager should really supervise because it was horrible, you just lost a customer.

This visit was the worst visit I have had wait time for food was 45 minutes if not more and we had to wait for refills on drinks
