Waited in the drive-thru for over 5 minutes and we never moved, so we left.

Previous experience was very positive... However this was NOT ... SLOW .... Server very scattered ... Couldn't get milk shake made as ordered ... Asked for very thick came out almost totally melted ... Remade them and still not right just tired of waiting and waiting .... Then the manager? Who took our money didn't even acknowledge we were there... Not one word as he took our money literally threw our card on the counter.. We were extremely polite to ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES EVEN WHEN THINGS WERENT RIGHT ... But we were treated bad

This was not a good visit, it took a long time to get my food with no explanation, and my Frisco melt wasn't cooked all the way. I was disappointed because that's my favorite meal.

I asked for the fry sauce and I was given a cup of season salt. By the manager! Very disappointed

Kids eat free and we had 3 adults and 3 kids on one check n they still charged me for one of the kids

majority of the staff was rude the food was excellent but the experience was terrible I had to wait at the counter before the employee to finish playing on her phone so I could pay
