Steak 'n Shake

Waited 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, then another 10 minutes for them to be brought to us. Another 15-20 minutes before food was brought out. After all that only one person at our table was given a refill on their drink. Very disappointed in this trip. It was my brother-in-law's first time at a Steak and Shake. I don't think he will be back anytime soon.

Waited 10+ minutes for waitress to even ask us for our drinks and then she was cussing under her breath when she was walking by

Customer service was horrible. The drive thru service rushed me with my order.
