Steak 'n Shake

Shakes were awful. Top watery and bad taste. Had no issues when in there a previous time.

The burgers are amazing but the staff are so rude.

Coming from Richmond Int'l Airport, I like to stop for the Snack Pak which is a great value. This was my friend's first time eating here. To my knowledge, this is the only store in the Richmond metro area. I would eat here more often but it is 30 miles from my home.

Well it was great .. Not a terribly long wait ... Problem was our ice teas ( one sweet and one unsweetened ) were first handed to car infront of us... Then when they were given to us the clerk couldn't tell ya which one was sweet... We asked for new teas.. He was very polite and obliged the request ... The other beverage was a shake ... Awesome as always ... Your employees are always polite .. Thanks

Love this chain. However the location in Henrico VA was a bad experience

Rude lady at the window and milkshakes didn't have cherry on them

The employee would not even speak. He was rude and when he handed the milkshake to us it was running down the cup. The burgers were cold. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The service is very slow!
