Steak 'n Shake

The burgers are very greasy

Sloppy service and had to ask for refills multiple times, need some cleaning. It's not like it used to be when it first opened.

My girlfriend wanted a peach shake, but they did not have it anymore

I did not get chocolate in my chocolate covered strawberry milkshake

The drive thru line took so long that I didn't order and left.

Took so long and weren't that many customers. First, I was told it would take long to fix my milkshake. Hello you are called Steak N "Shake." Then I asked how long and guy came back and said oh I apologize it won't be that long. It was long. Unless I really have a lot of time to kill and can't get food anywhere else, I'll probably not go back. Plus when I got my milkshake the cup was sticky. I had to ask for napkins.

Everytime we visit, the wait in the drive thru line is entirely too long

Waited over 30 minutes

awful taste and bad attitude employees.

Service was very bad. Food was ok until I got to the other half of my sandwich. On the other half I got a quarter size of burger.
