Steak 'n Shake

Waitress obviously hates her job. She sat us at a dirty table and complained at us the whole time we were there. Also my Frisco Melt tasted like French toast and I am not about that life.

Waiting on milk shakes take too long

Not happy with this visit. Waitress was trying hard but just could not get it all together. We all ordered chili and normally will get it before our meal but that was not the case this time, we got it after and it was cold, we asked for spoon, she brought 2 and we had 3 bowls of chili, she had to go to the back for a third spoon that was plastic. That we requested pepper jack cheese on one of the sand and had to send it back to have the cheese put in. Seems like they need help with management and organization.

Server was great. Food was cold when it came to table. Floor was filthy. Food scraps under our table. I raked it out with my foot into the walkway. It never was cleaned up

Extremely slow service. Had to wait 15 min just get seated and it wasn't even that busy. Then had to wait another 40 min just for our food.

Took forever to get drink. hostess not very friendly. Floor was so greasy under table that my feet would not stay in place. Way too much mustard on my sandwich. Ketchup bottle was filthy ketchup was running down the side of the bottle.
