Steak 'n Shake

Quality of food was not good this time.

Waited 15 min in drive thru and order was wrong. Had to go in and wait longer for them to correct my order. Not happy!!

Staff pretended not to be open. they hid from the window and didn't akmowlege is as trying to order. We drove around and saw people inside which were the employees hanging out.

The waitress was very rude and ignored us. The food was cold. My chicken was really hard and I couldn't even eat it.

Absolutely horrible, waited an hour for food and they brought it out and it was cold. Ordered drinks and they didn't get them to us until we got our food. Every time I go the food and service get worse. 42001

Paduach was the worse one I have ever been to. Tables every where left dirty. Guy kept seating people and others around us received waitress but we kept waiting for over 15min I asked guy again to find out who our waitress all 4 people in our party seen him ask the waitress by the drink station and all of them said it wasn't there section then they began arguing because no one wanted our table and the other 2 next to us. So we got up and left. No one said a word to us or asked us if they could make it right. Guess they don't want customers or tips?!?!

The hostess was very unfriendly, she seemed mad! Our waiter was friendly but never refilled our drinks?!? Maybe they don't offer free refills?! We won't eat there again!!!!!

Ask them not to make shake when we order for we wanted it after out meal. When asked for it we were going to change flavor and she stated that it was already made and in the freezer, gross. Then when the shake came to the table and right at the bottom of the whip toppings was a long hair. No sure that we will return back to this restaurant until they get their act together. Manager was notified, offered another but we were not interested in that.
