I was in the drive thru for 13 mins. I have never waited that long for anything in my life.

Very slow service and the order was wrong

We went there for fast service and food we like. Server was friendly but food prep was disjointed and server couldn't figure out what kitchen was doing. Then he got distracted so our food sat in the window. We had four orders. Got 3 and had to wait for kitchen to make 4th, then another server gave it to another patron so we had to wait longer. I was under time constraints so we are fast and got rest to go. Very upsetting experience. If I hadn't had many good previous experiences, I wouldn't go back.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Argued in front of customers, very loud and obnoxious. Food was not hot although we waited over twenty minutes. Food was bland; nothing special at all.

Grilled chicken was too tough to eat. Had to wait for clean silverware (waitress told us no one had washed dishes)

It took over a hour or so for the computer to update. I took a nap waiting to pay for my food but just left because couldn't wait any longer. A nice worker there paid said he will pay for my food. I told him I will come back and pay him back and greatly appreciated it. Very nice workers but computer system is horrible.
