Steak 'n Shake

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Steak 'n Shake. They were out of fish, no milkshakes, no creamer for coffee, no lemons for water. After not having anything we wanted to eat we decided to just get an order of fries. She brought out a side of fries that couldn't even satisfy an ant. We ended up leaving and heading to a different Steak 'n Shake at a different location and it wasn't much better. Sat at that Steak 'n Shake for an hour and no one had even come to take our drink order! Like what kind of operation are they running?! I can easily say I will not be returning to eat at a Steak 'n Shake in the future. Very disappointed and they should be ashamed of how they run a business.
