Steak 'n Shake

Drove thru personnel are way to talkative to cars with friends inside. We were several cars back and could clearly hear the high pitched talk and screams of the conversation.

I love Steak 'n Shake and will always come back to this one

$4 menu, can't beat it!!

Only one in the drive thru. Set there always 3-4 mins before saying hello and someone saying 1 minute then "can I take your order?" For my first visit here that rubbed me the wrong way and I felt it was kind of rude. However the food was delicious

We were hungry

Seemed disorganized when I first went in. No one to seat customers several tables dirty. Waitress seating me was impolite. After I was seated everything changed-- my waiter was friendly and served me with excellent service.
