Steak 'n Shake

Steak and shake is an absolutely amazing place and I just love it so very much because it is super yummy and clean and the employees are so very super nice to every single person that walks in the door and they are just so polite and sweet and it is not bad prices that they have on their stuff and they are not expensive at all they are actually pretty cheap and such a wonderful place to eat at I will most defiantly be back again for amazing fun and yummy foods and people there!!!!

Food was good. Service was a little slow.

Our server was very new, maybe her first day. She did a great job & was very nice. Her supervisor was not so nice. She interrupted our server waiting on our table to ask her if she was going to take another table or not, then talked w/her about it. The supervisor was obviously irritated with the new server & never even looked at us, much less spoke to us!

No silverware on table. We had to ask for it after we received our food. Waited fifteen minutes to place order, another thirty minutes for food. Had to remind server twice about a cup of chili and still didn't receive it until asking a third time, after we got our food. Food was cold. One sandwhich was totally messed up. Server apologized but no offer of fixing order or new food or discount. Waited ten minutes to check out. Cashier never even asked how our meal was. I told her about nasty cold food and that the server didn't seem to care. She apologized. Never got a manager or anything. Won't be back!!!!!
