Slow service

We waited too long to be sat, the food came out before my milkshake, and then my milkshake was not fully mixed. The food was unfortunately mediocre. My chili Mac was good but the 'seasoned' fries we paid extra for, had barely any seasoning on them. The restaurant was not full but the staff was slow. The staff was arguing amongst themselves answer could hear continuous issues at the cash register. Overall a not enjoyable experience.
