Steak 'n Shake

The sodas were flat, burgers were good, fries stale.

Either the recipe for the baked beans has changed or the vendor, or both. Not up to standard

Didn't buy anything.

This pacific steak and shake was slow! Our waitress went on break without telling us and I had to go hunt someone down to get a refill! Also I had downloaded the steak and shake app for a free milkshake and the didn't want to honor it! They said the app wasn't supposed to be launched already and not sure how I even got it! (I had downloaded it from 2 days prior at a different steak and shake) so getting my shake out of them was ridiculously hard! However even the manager didn't know how to work the app and I still have to code for a free shake on my phone to use again somewhere else!
