Slow service. Food was ok. But used to be better. I haven't been in 2years or so because the service was slow before.

I've always found the drive thru at Steak 'N Shake a little lacking. My milkshake was just okay and the food was alright. It's better than a lot of Steak 'N Shakes that I've been to though.
