Steak 'n Shake

we did not get refills on our drinks. we asked for 3 cheese sauces and only got 2. we asked for 1 more and never received it. so my grandson did not eat his fries.

I wasn't very pleased with the service at the location. Requests were poorly and slowly executed, and in general the whole experience was slow.

The service was terrible. It took 15mins to get seated. Our order was taken right away but it took almost 30 mins before we got our food. Which was wrong, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a burger with a small side of fries. I was promised more fries but never got them. Server wasn't friendly to us either.

Honestly, all the steak n shakes I have been to have really crappy service. The only reason I come here is because I like it. Service was super slow and I asked to ask for my milkshake to go because they were running so far behind. I get being understaffed but when I don't see our waitress running around it makes me think see isn't very good at her job. Probably WON'T be coming back here for a while!

Our food sat for a while before delivered to us and caused the fries to be cold. We had to order fresh fries and the overall price we paid for our meals was not worth it.

Order was wrong. Restaurant was dirty and no one was friendly. We've had much better experiences at the one in Burlington nc.

not happy with this visit my sons food had a big hair in it

Horrible, the slowest drive thru in America. The rudest employees in America. The worst soggiest burgers in America. Horrible slow and rude service. The lady was so rude to me at the window it was surprising how mean she was. Lucky I didn't call corporate.
