The service was horrible. We were sitting there for a while before we even got drinks ordered then we had to flag someone down to get are drinks refilled and my mother could not get a refill of tea because they ran out tea

I had to wait 14 minutes to get TWO shakes! I asked for no whipped cream on one THREE times!!!! And what do I get, a cup full of whipped cream. No apologies where made no comp item for the delay. Just POOR SERVICE and product. My milkshake was so runny and watery. Gross!!
