Steak 'n Shake

The service was awful, very slow and she never came back. There was a nut in my milkshake and I'm highly allergic to nuts.

Very slow service and then when I went to pay bill no one was at the register and waited almost 5 minutes to come then 2 people come worst service I ever had at this steak n shake

They did not have your skinny fries, my bun was soaked in grease, the manager have us a 10% discount for not having the right fries then removed the discount bc we were using coupons. Very disappointed w Steak 'n Shake!!!!

Steak 'n Shake sucks

Our food took so long to come out, plus it was COLD! We sent it back, took even longer & there was a hair in my burger. Disgusting! I'm angry beyond belief & the manager was so rude. Wouldn't even take the time to come talk to us. I will be writing a terrible review online & telling my friends about the terrible service we received
