I only order a drink at the drive-thur. The girls at the window was very pleasant.

I was asked to stop by and pick up for someone. They were a little slower than normal. Prices are higher than I would like to pay myself but then again I didn't pay or eat it. I may would dine there more frequently if prices were more reasonable.

I love Steak n Shake but this is the first time the food was so bad that I wouldn't have even fed it to my dog!

This Steak 'n Shake is awful! I've never had a speedy experience here and they often get my order wrong. Tonight I was in the drive through for 38 minutes

Usually have a great experience and my order is ALWAYS right, but not this time! They got my order mixed up with someone else's and I didn't get anything close to what I ordered!
