2nd time they have over cooked my child's corn dogs. I hate sending things back. I love steak and shake it's one of our favorite places to eat and always a family pick!

Our visit at Steak 'n Shake was ok. The waitress did not refill drinks. We asked another server to help us. They must have been short help. Tables were not cleared off.

The cashier misunderstood orange juice 3 ro 4 times. Other than that it was okay, I expected faster service since there was only one car in fort of me in the drive thru.

Food was good just very slow and it was a little cold. Drinks got empty a lot. Had to wait an hour to be seated.
