Good food good French fries

They messed up my boss' order twice, but otherwise, it was good.

Loved this place last week, but they changed the menu and plates to give you smaller amount with higher prices... Not very happy with the changes and I loved going to lunch every Saturday there. Sad to say that we need to find a new lunch spot for Saturday's.

Waitress got out order wrong. Kept talking to the bartender. Another table sat for 15 min before waitress took their order

Food seemed very bland.

My hamburger was OK. I would think that for $10 I could get a much better burger.

the environment was nice and the staff was great. the food left a lot to be desired. fries were awesome but the burger was terrible.

Food was not what I was expecting. Would have went to Freddy's if I'd known this was the taste Red Robin's had to offer. Friendly staff, though.

The waitress was so and unpleasant, the food was disgusting, the drinks never were refilled

Unfriendly staff, kids drinks came watery, adults drinks also were just water with barely flavour. We're waiting for a very long time to place order and even longer to get our food: thou the fries cane cold and soggy, kids burgers were cold, one if adults burgers had bitter lettuce inside.
