Order came out wrong - fine, that happens. But it took 20 minutes for our waitress to come by so I could tell her.

I'm not sure if this was Red Robins first time celebrating veteran's day but they were completely unprepared. Our waitress was working hard to take care of her section or sections. My burger got lost and people that came in after us were getting their burgers. Waitress did apologize but I don't blame her. I blame management for not being prepared.

I have celiac disease. I chose red robin for their gluten free bun. The waiter did not bring me a gluten free bun. I am now suffering an allergic reaction and am in severe pain and discomfort
