It was New Year's Eve night (about 3am). After a terrible and disrespectful event at Denny's, we choose to leave and come to Steak and shake. After waiting 30 mins in the drive thru, we got to the intercom after the car in front of us placed their order, only for them to tell us the drive thru is closed due to improper working machine. We went inside and placed our order to go at the counter. The attendant was fast, kind and helpful. He even refilled my drink, which was really appreciated.

our waitress was the only one working. all of the other girls were distancing around talking and not doing anything, but our waitress was hustling around and making sure all of her customers had everything they needed. she was super friendly

It was good. They messed my order up but they were really awesome about.

The restaurant was filthy. The food was lukewarm. We waited for them to clean a table for 15 minutes with no one at the table.

Steak and shake is reasonably priced. The only issue I have is that the burgers are always super greasy.
