The food it always amazing however our waitress was very slow and ignored us. I ate my entire meal before she asked if i wanted a refill.

Good. Guacamole burger was awesome best one yet. Drive thru did take a long time to get thru.

Usually the food and service is great, but this time, I was very disappointed. My fries were hard and cold, I had no bun left when I got home due to all the grease, the ranch was sour, and it just wasn't worth the high prices they charge. From now on, milkshakes only.

Waitress needs to speak clear especially with elder hard of hearing. I'm not hard of hearing and she sounded like a mouse

We were looking for a place to eat and saw a steak n' shake, having had negative experiences in the past we were hoping for friendlier staff and that's just what we got, and more. The food was great and thanks to a special, the value was excellent! We will definitely be returning soon!

Food was great but they were super slow. We ordered a second round of food and I'm pretty sure they forgot about us.
