Steak 'n Shake

They never gave me the cookies I ordered that they charged me for. Staff was rude.

Fries were cold. Sliders were cold and tasted old. Drinks were always empty not kept full

We stood in line to be seated behind. Family of 5 for almost 25 mins just to get a table and there were at least 7 open tables in the restaurant! It was ridiculous. Several groups that came in after us waited the same amount of them and there were as many as 11 tables open at one time and people were still waiting at the door. There was a female waitress that was very snappy and rolled her eyes at customers when they asked a question. She even walked between our waiter and out table while he was taking our order, when she could have easily gone at sound him. Our server Kevin was great, however, after I paid, he did not come back to our table once and we needed to go cups for our milk shakes. We love Steak and Shake and do not have one where we love. We always make it a point to visit anytime we are in an area that has one. It will probably be a long time before I come back to this one.

Didn't think it was a good burger. Hardly had any meat on the burger!!!

It smelled very gross, the line was all the way outside. Ridiculous!

Me and my fiancé visit this steak and shake everytime we go to concord, nc. But today we sat at our table for over 10 minutes with no drinks and watched servers walk by numerous times. Finally a manager walks over and takes our drink and food order. He apologizes that the server never came over. Needless to say we never received a server. The manager brought us one refill. He took our drinks off the bill and that is all. I'm so disappointed in the wait staff.
