Steak 'n Shake

Just got a shake and root beer took forever for the root beer no idea why.

usually isn't this poor when it comes to communication between me and the waitress. but whatever.

The service was friendly but so slow ! And the burgers were nothing to them the meat was in pieces and the condiments were sloppy , frys were not hot my kids wanted to stop but will not be stopping again anytime soon $20 spent on nothing

my waitress came to the table ONCE the whole hour and a half that I was there. I didn't get my full meal until my date asked her to bring out the rest of my food. and I didn't get a spoon with my shake until 40 minutes into my visit. very unhappy with this experience.

Waited several minutes at the speaker on hold. I thought I was forgotten. My fries and hamburger were served cold!! Not very happy with my purchase.

My visit to steak and shake was to get something sweet. I was looking for a banana split shake the attendant acted like you have never served them he was rather arrogant just not a pleasant visit.

I went to order food at the drive thru. There were cars outside and employees inside with all the light on. Inside and out. No one ever came to take my order, so I left. Disgusted!!
