Steak 'n Shake

My friends and I went there to get a milkshake and our milk shakes were soupy. Very disappointing

Good food

Slow, very slow, and when you are given a half an hour for lunch, it's impossible to eat in and wait in this environment, it does not surprise me, I had to hurry to eat!

Bad service

Service was terrible food was cold. Milkshake was melted. Had to ask for things 3/4 times

I enjoy steak and shake as they have the best shakes. On this visit I ordered chicken fingers sliders and a chocolate shake. I had to wait quite some time to get my order and once I received it they forgot my shake so they went in and got it for me but once I got halfway down the road and took a sip I realized it was banana rather then what I ordered, chocolate. This wasn't too big of a deal as I'm not allergic or anything but I do hate bananas so it was quite inconvenient to have to turn around and get it corrected it took another long while to get my remake and once I did all that and ate my food it was cold. Also for my chicken tenders they were very small and maybe equaled out one and a half put together rather than three. I didn't make a big deal of anything because I understand things happen I work in the food industry as well but simple things like milk shake mix ups could be bad for someone other than me say they were allergic to bananas or nuts or whatever the mixup was for them. People just need to pay special attention to orders because people order them specific ways for specific reasons. Overall I feel like steak and shake is one of the more expensive fast food restaurants and last night for the price I didn't get what I thought was a good quality.

Food was great but the server added a tip onto my card when I did NOT leave her one.

Waited 30 mins in dine in. And went to the drive thru waited another 30 mins in drive thru

Terrible. Worst ever. Barely any food on the plate. And has to wait 30 mins if not longer. Ridiculous.

The servers were totally incompetent about picking up food that was hot and ready waiting in the window. Our food sa?t in the window for 15 minutes before we received it. The fries were cold and the hamburgers lukewarm. They had to bring a fresh order of fries to satisfy us.
