Arrived at 8:50 PM. Waited 30 minutes for drink (shake), 50 minutes total for food. My cheeseburger was extremely sloppy (half the meat off the bun, barely any sauce) and the bun was burned black on the top and bottom. My waiter was polite about it when I sent it back uneaten, but the man at the register was very rude when I asked for my food to be removed from the ticket and tried to hassle me. I won't be back.

horrible service was in this store seated for at least 10 minutes and never had a waiter/waitress show up to my table. They were somewhat busy but still had several empty tables. Manager was in back of store and was only seen when asked to speak with him when we left without having ordered drinks or food
