Nasty place to eat! Poor service!!

At first we were going to dine in, but no one would seat us and we had somewhere to be soon. So we went to the drive thru. Even that put us close to time.

This Steak and Shake is always very slow. Slow getting seated, slow getting the food and it is always cold. I don't know why we continue to go back! It's awful!

Waited over 2 hours for cold food... Took the waitress 30 min just to bring us our drinks. Dirty environment. Will not be going back to this location

Food was fine; however our waiter never came to get us refills. I eventually had to get our refills in my out.
