The food and service was great even though they were super busy.

Drive thru took entirely too long for the drink order I made.

Usually when I go to Steak 'n Shake I get their famed steakburger and fries. This time I decided to get something different. I tried the grilled chicken taco salad and I wasn't really impressed. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I think they should stick to steakburgers. It was packed when we got there but the staff were very friendly helping us get a table as fast as they could.
