Poor customer service. Slow service. Poor Management. Missed one item I ordered and they were trying to make me pay for something I did not order.

Service wasn't great. We never got refills on drinks

Never received food. Waited almost an hour after waiter took order. Ended up leaving. Waiter never came back to table.

we ordered inside and took our food to go, when I opened my bag I noticed one of my items was missing so my husband spoke with the manager on duty. the proceeded to go over our receipts like we were lying about purchasing and not receiving a 49 cent side of cheese sauce. while my husband was explaining what we had ordered the manager told my husband to "calm down" when he was not raising his voice in any way or getting upset. The manager was extremely rude to us and I would choose not to dine at this restaurant in the future while this manager is on duty.

I ordered cheese fries but they didn't have much cheese at all. The waitress was rude and only came to the table once. She seemed to care about other customers more than us. Awful experience!!
