Steak 'n Shake

Their Nutella milkshake is good!

wait in drive thru was a little long but service was friendly and they have a lot of variety and competitive prices.

Very good food but service was slow. Staff was kind and did there beat but they were understaffed

I've visited the same Steak n Shake within one week and experienced the EXACT same problem. I ordered a certain seasoning on my fries on both visits and both times I did not get it. The first visit we dined in, which the problem was not neatly solved. The second visit we carried out which we were at our destination before noticing this. so, that was a negative to this restaurant. other than that, great food and great prices.

Good food

the whole restaurant was very busy. the drive through also, so the person taking orders want very friendly, probably stressed out. they should switch people when they are so busy so people on drive through get a break.

Always love to go to Steak & Shake when I'm on vacation because there are none in the central Arkansas area where I am from.
