The service always seems poor here. The food is usually great. But they seem to forget about you and never get you everything you need

Drive through line took a long time

A lot of new people working there. We go there every week after church and this was the worst we have ever had. It was busy but not really untill after we sat down. Cook made our 3 of our 6 people's food wrong. New waitress looked like she was high and not really paying attention to anyone. We had to get up and ask another waitress if our food was sitting up in the window. I am located in Lawrence Kansas please look into this!

They were short staffed but don't take it out on the customers. Food was not good. Shakes were good.
