My chili Mac was not hot

We go to Steak 'n Shake after church most Sundays. The last 3 times we have went they have messed up on my burger. I've decided not to get that burger anymore.

With as little of people that were in the restaurant the servers were extremely slow; my server failed to bring silverware until we had to flag her down, the water was not chilled, it took over an hour for our food to arrive and there were many customers that left because the service was taking a long time. May be a whole before I go back -LAWRENCE KS

Everything takes a minimum of 10 minutes to prepare. Even if it is a shake and you are the only one in the drive through!
