Steak 'n Shake

The drive thru took almost 30 minutes

The sweet tea was old and wasn't sweet it took forever to get our order and the new grilled cheese steakburger i got the bread was hard as a rock and the cheese was cold and not melted at all..

Very, very slow from the kitchen. Waitress was great.

The shake I got was full of chunks from other shakes and the girl at the drive thru was rude

I was disappointed that in came in a plain styrofoam cup.

I wasn't greeted upon entering the facility. I stood at the counter 10 minutes before being acknowledged. My fries were cold & my sandwich had onions even though I asked for no onion.
