Steak 'n Shake

Really great late at night

Steak and Shake was a last minute decision. The service and food was ok. My husband's fries were cold, but they were nice about bringing him some fresh hot fries.

The bathrooms are always smelly and dirty and the cooks do not wear hairnets which is a concern. My food was good and the value wasn't bad, they just need to clean up a bit.

I went thru the drive thru and waited about 50 minutes. Very slow service!!!

Food is always good and the speed was improved during this visit.

I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I even placed my order. Total wait of 45 minutes!

Love Steak 'n Shake it's one of my favorite restaurant's

The young who waited on us were very good. She was very attentive to our needs. We did not have to ask for refills on the drinks... She was awesome.

It took forever for our food to arrive! They were understaffed
