Steak 'n Shake

I went there lastnight and they messed up my order but I called and the manager Michael told me to come the next day and he would fix everything. And he did just that!!! He was extremely nice and so was our server!!!!!

Fast clean and friendly Good food

The food was good but the speed was so slow and it's like they didn't want to work they just walked around and did nothing. While they were cooking one young man was eating and that was nasty and his burger was right next to people's food. And last they didn't wear any hairnets on there heads that's way nasty
