Great food. Just slow service. It is what it is. I think there just still trying to work out the kinks at this location.

Sucked! Get the order way wrong and took way to long to get it out

Originally sat inside, no one came to take our order or get us drinks for 15 minutes. So we got up and left and went through the drive thru. Took sometime for that to, but that's usual. Never will we go inside again. It's supposed to be fast and quick and easy but it was not this time. Was disappointed. But the food still tasted good after the drive thru. Hope to get more staff taking orders inside

Good food, always loved this place. Being from St. Louis, I wish the rest of the country would catch up with SNS stores there. They are the original ones without question and they know how to cook and serve.

I ordered in the drive thru, it took over 17 minutes to get my two shooters and a shake which was ridiculous. I then drove away and half way home I realize that the gave me a chocolate banana shake and I ordered a Hershey's special dark chocolate shake. I then had to go all the way back, stand in line, wait another 10 minutes to get a correct shake and by that point in time my food was ready cold. I was EXTREMELY upset with this visit and I wish I could say that was a first. Unfortunately almost every time I come to steak and shake and order a shake I get the wrong one which is so aggravating. At least half the time I get the wrong shake. This should not be a recurrent problem.

We didn't get seated for almost 20 minutes, then after an hour of sitting we finally got our food and then got my order wrong. The waitress took it back and I heard the cook yelling at the girl saying that the customer is going to "deal with it because there's absolutely nothing wrong with that burger". Then we didn't even get our shakes until after our food came. What kind of service is that,

Terrible service. It was incredibly slow. The employees were too immature.
