I was very satisfied because when I walked into cash America on Thursday the 23 of apirl they was quick,fast,respectful,very presentable for costumers service... And when they was explaining my yellow copy to me the guy that helped me was very explanatory and I would recommend my friends to cash America.....

Alex is highly trained knows customers by name. He's fast checking you out. And if you shopping for something not in the store. He will watch four it and call you when it comes in. He's like having your l own personal shoper. And he watch's and knows what customers like. You need more employees like Alex. Debra Charleston

I called ahead to see if they had the item I need , they made sure it was working while I was on the phone without me having to ask they set it aside for me so that it was still there waiting for me when I got there. ...they were curtious and kind and took really good care of me.

The staff is always helpful and kind. They know a lot of us are going through hard times, but they always treaty out with courtesy and respect. Alex was especially helpful. Very thoroughly explained the disclaimer, and was quick.

Cash America in West Jordan Utah has some of the best people working there. They are always so nice and friendly and it feels like they actually care about their customers. You don't see that a whole lot at other local pawn shops.

I stopped in three different cas Americas made three purchases one in each ,all great deals.got just one invitation for sevey from the third store I was in today. But fun was had by all .

The first time I placed a loan the lady with glasses was very rude. But this time another lady was nicer.

Kassie who sold me a ring was great at dealing with me. We made a great deal and I walked out with my brand new ring. I continue to go because of the service Kassie offers.
