Steak 'n Shake

One really hard worker the rest were lazy

my shake tasted funny

our waitress didn't really attend to us. she was not good at her job. there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and our food took forever. not sure but they were not very attentive.

Waitress brought our checks before we were ready to leave. Guess she didn't want us to order a milkshake

They charged me for a side of cheese that I ordered and I never received it.

Ordered cheese on my burger..... No cheese, too much mustard dripping in fact!

Sat down to eat our meal... My moms came out 24 minutes before mine did. I had to ask for refills two separate times to two different workers in order to get my soda refilled.
