Long wait good food.

It was ok. We didn't have silverware or napkins until we asked. The last couple visits my chili has not been good. Normally steak and shake has my favorite chili.

Was satisfied with service however had to replace the milkshake due to finding a hair in it and replaced the spoon as it was soiled.

Food was fresh and hot, but took a long time for food to come out (longer than the usual "steak and shake long".
