We like the food at Steak & shake, but service is always really slow. We waited about 40 minutes for our meal. Near the end of the meal we ordered 2 shakes. It took an additional 30 minutes or so & then they got the shake wrong.

Waitress really unfamiliar with the menu. Very friendly, but rather scattered in ordering process. food portions smaller than usual

It took a while to get seated and the food took a little bit but everyone was nice and the food tasted really good.
