Dirty, nasty place, food was cold, staff very unfriendly, bathroom out of soap and extremely dirty, floors hadn't been noted or swept in days, walls had dried food on them,.... Will not be back

this was the worst visit I have had at this steak n shake. the service was awful and the food was not what we wanted.
